Help keep the record accurate and complete.

The Hall of Shame documents what Microslop has done. Every entry needs a real source. If you know of a documented controversy we have not covered, submit it and we will review it.

How to submit

1

Find the evidence

Your submission needs at minimum one primary source. Court records, official government documents, investigative journalism from established outlets, or Microslop's own public statements all qualify. Screenshots of tweets do not count. Blog posts without primary sources do not count.

2

Fill out the template

Click "Submit on Codeberg" below. It opens a pre-filled issue form with five fields: title, category (privacy / antitrust / opensource / hubris), what happened, why it matters, and sources. Fill all five. Submissions missing sources will be closed without review.

3

Wait for review

Submissions are reviewed by the site maintainer. If accepted, the entry will be added to the Hall of Shame with your Codeberg username credited if you want. If rejected, a reason will be given in the issue comments.

No Codeberg account? Email submit@microslopsucks.org with the same information. Plain text is fine.

Guidelines

Be specific

Vague claims like "Microslop is evil" are not entries. Each entry needs a discrete documented event with a date, a description of what happened, and a source.

No speculation

If it is not documented in a primary source, it does not go on the site. The Hall of Shame's credibility depends on this.

No duplicates

Check the existing Hall of Shame entries before submitting. If a similar entry exists, consider submitting additional sources to strengthen it instead.

Accuracy over quantity

One well-sourced entry is worth more than ten poorly sourced ones.
